WHAT TO EXPECT
NEW KITCHENS
For new kitchen designs, you will first meet with Fred to review the plan forwarded to us by you or your builder. We will discuss ideas for changes to be made, as well as how your design can best be optimized to meet your needs without breaking your budget. We will also make the changes discussed. This meeting could last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. Once the design is finalized, you'll be able to select your cabinetry, countertops, and hardware. Then, the kitchen is priced based on your selections and you'll be contacted with an estimate as well as further instructions for moving forward with ordering your kitchen.
KITCHEN REMODELS
If it's a kitchen remodel project that you're looking to design, it's usually best if we can meet you on site to survey the scope of the project and take some measurements. With this information, we will be able to draw the existing space and come up with a preliminary design. After that, we'll meet with you at our office to make changes and customize the design to your specifications. This second meeting could last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the remodel you're completing. Once the design is finalized, material selections are made. Then, the remodel is priced based on your selections and you'll be contacted with an estimate as well as further instructions for moving forward with completing your remodel.
